All ON 4 / Same Day Teeth.
Patients who require all their teeth to be replaced in one or more jaw, can have the remaining teeth removed, implants placed and a fixed bridge placed in the same day (subject to availability of enough bone). The first bridge is fixed onto the new implants by means of screws and does not need to be removed by the patient. This first bridge is acrylic only and after 6 months it is changed to the final fixed bridge, which has a specially made titanium framework for strength.
This process is especially designed for multiple implants and is not available normally for single teeth, small bridges, or immediate fixation to dentures.
